30 jump squat + 30 Split lunge + 30 segs Medium hold 25 jump squat + 25 Split lunge + 25 segs Medium squat hold

20, 15 and 15.


Round 1x4

Deadlift 10-12

Deadlift one foot 10-10

Bulgarian jump lunge 15-15

Step up 12-12


Round 2x4

One foot calf raise 25-25

Calf raise two foot 40 + 100 jump ropes

40 froggies


Round 3x3

Archer squat 15-15

Sumo squat 15


Finish thunderstruck song with squat get up in every thunder
