WARMUP ×3: 25 SECS ON, 5 SECS OFF.

1. Jump Squat

2. Inverted Crunch

3. Jumping Lunges

4. Russian Twists


SETS & REPS

1. Squat 5×12 (WEIGHTED)

2. Close Squat 4×15 (WEIGHTED)

3. Summo Deadlift 3×12 (WEIGHTED)

4. Sissy Squat 4×8

5. Box Jump 3×15

6. Lunges Back & Forth 4×8 each.


FINISH STRONG ×4

1. Hanging Oblique Raises ×10 each side

2. Crucifix ×20

3. Heel Touches ×15 each side.

4. L-Sit Hold ×25sec.
