2. V-Ups

3. Jumping Lunges

4. Squat Hold


SET #1: L-SIT AMRAP ×10 MIN.

1. Seated pike leg lifts x10 + 10sec hold

2. Seated pike butt lifts x10 + 10sec hold

3. Knee Raises ×10 (P-BAR)

4. Leg Raises ×10 (Hanging)


SET #2: PISTOL SQUAT AMRAP ×20 MIN.

1. Pistol Squat ×10 Each Side

2. Close Squat ×20 (W)

3. Deep Squat ×15 (W)

4. Bulgarian Split Squat ×12 Each Side
